Alert – Action “Sign the Petition on the White House”: World leaders must take immediate action to stop GENOCIDE of Burmese Rohingya Minority in Myanmar. Bring Peace & Justice.

Please Sign this Petition on the White House “We the People” World leaders must take immediate action to stop GENOCIDE of Burmese Rohingya Minority in Myanmar. Bring Peace & Justice.

Of all the moral precepts instilled in Buddhist monks the promise not to kill comes first, and the principle of non-violence is arguably more central to Buddhism than any other major religion. So why have monks been using hate speech against Rohingya minority and joining mobs that have left thousands dead?

Burmese situation is critical & crucial. Led by a monk, Ashin Wirathu, who was jailed in 2003 for inciting religious hatred. Released in 2012, he has referred to himself bizarrely as “the Burmese Bin Laden”.

Buddhist mobs attacked mosques, burned hundreds of homes, killing thousands of children, men & women. This became a genocide. it is coming from the Buddhist Monks. International community must intervene to stop killing & saving Rohingya minority immediately. sprnts.wordpress.com.

Is Senator Rand Paul (R – KY) getting a Step Closer to get my VOTE in 2016? Asking Senate to Declassify 28 Pages of 800 Pages 9/11 Commission Reports. If so I have a Chance to Prove that “Muslim DID NOT DO 9/11, It was the Saudi Arabia & the Counter Government Financed Inside Job”

Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.), fresh off a fight over the Patriot Act, has turned his attention to another national security battle: declassifying 28 pages of a 2002 Senate inquiry into the cause of the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks.

Paul is sponsoring the “Transparency for the Families of 9/11 Victims and Survivors Act,” which would require President Obama to declassify and make public the pages. The GOP presidential candidate said that he does not yet intend to exercise his ability to read the pages on the Senate floor yet, saying he will try “normal legislative procedure” first and personally bring up the issue with Obama.

The issue is a politically charged one, with some claiming the pages will show that Saudi Arabia financed the attacks.

Paul appeared at a Capitol Hill press conference with a bipartisan group of House sponsors, including Reps. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.), Walter Jones (R-N.C.) and Stephen Lynch (D-Mass.), and Former Sen. Bob Graham (D-Fla.). The group were flanked by members of the group 9/11 Families United for Justice Against Terrorism.

“The 28 pages in the report of over 800 pages go to the question of who financed 9/11 and they point a strong finger at Saudi Arabia,” Graham said.

Terry Strada, whose husband was killed in the attacks, brought her three children; one was four days old when his father was killed.

“9/11 children are growing up in a world where we can’t trust our own government because too many truths remain hidden about who was ultimately responsible for the murder of our parents,” said Kaitlyn Strada, who was 4 when her father was killed.

Paul pointed out that 15 of the 19 hijackers were from Saudi Arabia, saying that information that has been reported over the years “does raise question about their (the government’s) support” and if it was provided to the hijackers. Massie said the 28 pages establishes a “chain of liability” around the attacks.

“We cannot let page after page of blanked out documents to be obscured by a veil, leaving these family members to wonder if there is additional information surrounding these horrible acts,” Paul said. Members of Congress are allowed to read the documents.

When Paul opened the press conference up for questions, he nudged Graham forward after being asked whether he knew who the Saudi ambassador was at the time of the attacks.

“Is this the same fellow whom George W. nicknamed Bandar Bush because of his longstanding affiliation with the Bush family. Is this the same one?” the man, Barry Kissin, asked. “I only know of one Prince Bandar,” Graham said.

Kissin then asked Paul if he planned to read the 28 pages “into the record, with impunity.”

Paul said he theoretically could. “Those are the rules. Next question,” he said.

A man then asked Graham if he planned to run for president.

“We need some competition,” Paul chimed in. No chance, said Graham — he’s “enjoying retirement.”

Paul later said he does not immediately plan to read the pages on the Senate floor. When asked if he thinks the pages could disrupt the U.S.-Saudi relationship, Paul said, “I see this more as just a search for the truth.”

CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS? WHAT CAN YOU DO TO STOP THIS BARBARISM?

The #SocialMedia #Facebook #Twitter and #CitizenJournal is exploding with barbaric Torture, Massacre, Killing, Burning,  Sectioning Body Parts images of Children, Men & Women in #Burma. These images are viral in the internet now days. I am so shocked and upset and disturbed with this picture of Genocides.

Where is our #Humanity heading? Where is the Humanity in Burma? Where is the #Global #Community in Burma? Where is Western Media in Burma? It is said to be Genocides on #Burmese #Muslims – #Rohingya People. The world need to act now to #STOP this ongoing Genocides in #Myanmar.

Here is a brief about “#RohingyaPeople”

The Rohingya people (Ruáingga /ɾuájŋɡa/, Burmese: ရိုဟင်ဂျာ rui hang ja /ɹòhɪ̀ɴd͡ʑà/, Bengali: রোহিঙ্গা Rohingga /ɹohiŋɡa/) areIndo-Aryan peoples from the Rakhine State, Burma, who speak the Rohingya language.[13][14] According to Rohingyas and some scholars, they are indigenous to Rakhine State, while other historians claim that they migrated to Burma from Bengal primarily during the period of British rule in Burma,[15][16][17] and to a lesser extent, after the Burmese independence in 1948 and Bangladesh Liberation War in 1971.[18][19][20][2][21]

Muslims have settled in Arakan since the 16th century, although the number of Muslim settlers before the British rule is unclear.[22]After the first Anglo-Burmese War in 1826, British annexed Arakan and encouraged migrations from Bengal to work as farm laborers. The Muslim population may have constituted 5% of Arakan’s population by 1869, although estimates for earlier years give higher numbers. Successive British censuses of 1872 and 1911 recorded an increase in Muslim population from 58,255 to 178,647 in Akyab District. During World War II, the Rakhine State massacre in 1942 involved communal violence between the British-armed V Force Rohingya recruits and Buddhist Rakhine people and the region became increasingly ethnically polarized.[23]

In 1982, General Ne Win‘s government enacted the Burmese nationality law, which denied Rohingya citizenship. Since the 1990s, the term “Rohingya” has increased in usage among Rohingya communities.[16][21]

As of 2013, about 735,000 Rohingyas live in Burma.[2] They reside mainly in the northern Rakhine townships, where they form 80–98% of the population.[21] International media and human rights organizations have described Rohingyas as one of the most persecuted minorities in the world.[24][25][26]

Many Rohingyas have fled to ghettos and refugee camps in neighbouring Bangladesh and to areas along the border with Thailand. More than 100,000 Rohingyas in Burma continue to live in camps for internally displaced persons, not allowed by authorities to leave.[27][28] Rohingyas have received international attention in the wake of 2012 Rakhine State riots, and more recently due to their attempted migration throughout Southeast Asia in the 2015 Rohingya refugee crisis.

Honoring an American Hero who served in the line of Duty — Happy Memorial Day – 2015: MD Rabbi Alam

Honoring an American Hero who served in the line of Duty — Happy Memorial Day – 2015: MD Rabbi Alam

I learned the meaning of Memorial Day from my own service to this country. I learn about the values of Memorial Day from my own experience through reading and meeting veterans of all ages. I learn the facts of the Memorial Day from my hardship and own challenges.

I had the privilege to meet with many World War II veterans as well as Vietnam Veterans. I had learn about a chief petty officer at the Great Lakes Naval Station outside of Chicago, who was responsible for training thousands of sailors before they went to the Pacific Theater. Sometimes, he accompanied his trainees to the West Coast before they shipped out. He told me later that it broke his heart to know that some of them would never come home.

I had learn about belated U.S. Army Major General Robert L. Shirkey a Veteran of Vietnam war a resident of Kansas city, my good friend who passed away on Feb 14, 2014 at the age of 89. I want to dedicate this article to the memory of General Shirkey along with my another friend who is also a Veteran of Vietnam war Harry J. Morrison, currently the Post Commander of American Legion Post 76 residing in Concordia KS. When I met these people and when I look at these men immoderately I honor those who served in the line of duty.

Today, I hope we’ll all take a moment to remember the many men and women who gave their lives to protect our country. These brave Americans knew that freedom is earned by each new generation.

My thoughts today are with those families whose sons and daughters sacrificed so much so that all our children can be safe. I hope all of us will honor their memories with our own service to our country, and to each other.

Thank you,

MD Alam
